Xian

Xian is a 6 year-old with a life-threatening heart condition known as tetralogy of fallot. Without surgical intervention, he will eventually die.

He and his family live in Manila. Xian enjoys reading books and playing with his friends. His mother is a homemaker, and his father is a pedicab driver. However, in the era of COVID-19, he has been unable to earn consistent income.

Even at the father’s full income, it would take an amount greater than 6 years of their full annual salary to begin paying for the required operation.

We are already in contact with heart surgeons in Manila that can help Xian, and have gotten him a surgery date in early January. We are raising funds to pay for the procedure, and still need approximately $16,000 USD.

Can you help?

Any donation is appreciated. No amount is too small. All contributions are fully tax-deductible, subject to IRS guidelines.

Mention “Xian” in the donation information, and we can guarantee that 100% of your contribution will go to him.

Thank you!
